U-Type Swivel Joint for Loading Arms & Swing Service
U-shaped flow path engineered for wide reciprocating swing angles
Overview
The U-type swivel joint arranges the flow path in a U-shaped loop, giving the joint a natural advantage in applications that demand large reciprocating swing angles — most commonly oil loading arms (鹤管) and articulated rigid-pipe connections. The U geometry lets the joint absorb angular misalignment and end float between mating pipes while maintaining a leak-free seal, rated at 100 rpm, 200°C and 5.5 MPa on steam and water. Bores cover DN6–DN300, and the same rolling-ball supported welded housing keeps weight and operating torque low. Installation drawings are available on request.
