Rotary Joints for Building Material Calenders
Chain-drive and universal-joint drive solutions, with integrated power transmission
Overview
Building material calenders use either chain drive or universal-joint coupling drive. For chain-driven machines, a connection-modified RTH rotary joint drops in directly. For universal-joint drive calenders that must transmit power through the joint itself, Ruitus developed a dedicated series combining rotary joint and power transmission functions in one unit — engineered around your calender configuration.
Key Features
- RTH-based solution for chain-drive calenders
- Dedicated series with integrated power transmission for universal-joint drives
- Configured around your specific calender structure
- One supplier for both drive types
