Through-Type Rotary Joint for Tower Crane Spraying
Through-type swivel joint in flanged and threaded versions, rated 7.0 MPa
Overview
The through-type (reciprocal) rotary joint — also called a swivel or swing joint — is the articulated water passage used between rigid pipes wherever fluid must cross a moving interface. Inside, balls run directly in the raceways as support, giving flexible rotation, strong load capacity and good raceway wear resistance for a long service life; the seal is a special rubber compound that stays reliable at elevated temperature. Available in flanged and threaded connection versions, the joint serves tower crane dust-suppression spraying as well as metallurgy, petrochemical, railway, shipbuilding and rubber industries. Rated 7.0 MPa, 30 rpm and 120°C for water, gas and similar media, Ruitus can supply either interface version to match your tower crane spraying line.
