Swivel Rotary Joint for Loading Arms and Swing Service
One-piece pivoting seal between rigid pipes — the workhorse flexible swivel
Overview
Also known as a flexible swivel joint (活络接头), the reciprocating swing rotary joint provides a pivoting fluid connection between rigid pipes that must move relative to each other. The housing is supported on rolling steel balls with an advanced welded structure: lightweight, well-proportioned, with generous internal clearance that keeps seal loading and operating torque low. Rated for 100 rpm, 200°C and 5.5 MPa on steam, water and similar media, with bores from DN6 to DN300 — it is the standard solution for oil loading arms (鹤管) and rubber vulcanizing machines, and detailed installation drawings are available on request.
