L-Type Swivel Joint for Right-Angle Swing Applications
Swing joint and 90° elbow in one body — fewer fittings, tighter layouts
Overview
The L-type swivel joint combines a reciprocating swing connection with a 90° flow-direction change in a single housing. Where a rigid-pipe run must both pivot and turn a right angle, this one-piece design replaces a separate swivel joint plus an elbow — reducing potential leak paths and saving installation space. It carries the same duty rating as the standard swivel family (100 rpm, 200°C, 5.5 MPa on steam and water) with bores from DN6 to DN300, and the rolling-ball supported welded structure keeps operating torque low. Commonly applied in loading arm systems and rubber vulcanizing machines where the medium line changes direction at the moving joint; installation drawings are available on request.
