Rotary Joint for Double-Cone Vacuum Dryers
Internal-external combined support with imported graphite sealing for steam and thermal oil duty
Overview
Double-cone vacuum dryers rotate the cone vessel continuously while steam or thermal oil circulates through the journal to heat the batch — the rotary joint is the critical interface on that rotating service. The Ruitus joint for double-cone dryers combines internal self-support with external dual support, a construction that keeps excellent concentricity between rotating and stationary parts. Imported UK graphite-carbon seal rings solve the common domestic-seal problems of poor wear resistance and low temperature tolerance, so the joint runs reliably both under high-pressure steam and with high-temperature thermal oil. Installation is flexible and operation smooth, matching the intermittent start-stop nature of batch drying. Ruitus can match connection sizes to your dryer model.
