Custom Rotary Joint for Chemical Service
Corrosion-resistant custom joints built around your chemical media
Overview
Chemical plants put rotary joints in direct contact with corrosive, abrasive or hazardous media, often at temperature and pressure that quickly destroy standard designs. Ruitus custom-builds chemical-duty rotary joints around the actual process: wetted materials are selected for compatibility with the customer's medium, sealing arrangements are chosen to match abrasiveness, crystallization and cleaning cycles, and the housing and connections follow the plant's piping standard. Typical duties range from reactor and dryer service to chemical dosing and transfer lines; multi-passage versions can route several media through one rotating interface. Provide the medium, concentration, temperature and pressure, and Ruitus will engineer a nonstandard unit for the duty.
