Overview
The RT-JG series is a direct replacement for the German Maier DP series and the American Deublin 55 series — an all-stainless rotary joint for roll cooling in steel and paper mills, chemical and textile processing, and any duty where the construction must resist corrosion and the cooling water is less than perfect.
The body is precision-cast stainless steel with all stainless internals; sealing is an external multi-spring balanced seal paired with a disc-type static sealing ring and pin-style anti-rotation mechanism — a combination that stays stable even in scaling-prone water, one of the RT-JG's best-known traits. Standard rating: 1.6 MPa / 120 °C at speeds up to 5,500 rpm.
Sizing is table-driven: the JG-W specification table (image gallery) covers DN15–DN50 with dimensions for mounting and connection; NPT / G threads and flange connections are available on request. Where the duty exceeds standard parameters, replacing the seal materials raises the pressure and temperature envelope — tell us the medium and working conditions and we recommend the execution.
