Custom products are manufactured strictly per agreed specifications, drawings, and technical requirements approved by both parties. Any modifications after approval may result in additional costs and revised delivery timelines.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
Prices are quoted in USD (or as specified) and are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping unless explicitly included
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for custom orders based on material cost fluctuations exceeding 10%
Volume discounts apply as agreed in the quotation

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only upon written acceptance by {company} and receipt of the agreed deposit payment.

4.2 Payment Terms

Standard orders: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment
Custom orders: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance upon completion
Payment methods: T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, or as mutually agreed

4.3 Late Payment

Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend production or delivery for overdue accounts.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimated from the date of deposit receipt and order confirmation
Standard models: 15–20 working days; Custom models: 25–35 working days
Delays caused by force majeure, material shortages, or buyer-caused changes are not our responsibility
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Shandong, unless otherwise agreed)
Insurance is recommended for international shipments and is at the buyer's expense unless agreed otherwise

6. Inspection and Acceptance

The buyer shall inspect products within 7 business days of receipt. Any claims for defects, shortages, or non-conformity must be submitted in writing within this period. Products used, installed, or modified after receipt are deemed accepted.

7. Warranty

7.1 Warranty Coverage

{company} provides a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment, covering manufacturing defects and material failures under normal operating conditions as specified in the product documentation.

7.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Damage from improper installation, operation, or maintenance
Wear and tear of consumable parts (seals, gaskets) under normal use
Damage caused by operating beyond rated parameters (pressure, temperature, speed)
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Consequential or indirect damages

7.3 Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, provide the order number, product serial number, description of the issue, and supporting evidence (photos/videos). We will respond within 5 business days with a resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All technical drawings, designs, patents, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of {company}. Custom designs created for the buyer may have specific IP arrangements as agreed in the purchase contract.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
