Located in Tengzhou, Shandong, our manufacturing plant covers the full production chain — from CNC machining and precision assembly to pressure testing and final inspection. Every rotary joint leaves the plant only after passing rigorous quality checks.
The facility houses modern CNC lathes, grinding machines, drilling centers and dedicated testing stations. With over 100 skilled technicians and engineers, we maintain the flexibility to handle both high-volume standard orders and one-off custom projects.

Complete Production Under One Roof
CNC Machining
Precision CNC lathes, milling centers and grinding machines produce components to micron-level tolerances. All critical dimensions are 100% inspected.
Precision Assembly
Clean assembly environment with torque-controlled fastening. Each joint is assembled by trained technicians following documented work instructions.
Pressure Testing
Every rotary joint undergoes hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.5× rated pressure. Test records are retained for full traceability.
Leakage Testing
Simulated operating conditions verify zero-leak performance. Leakage rates are measured and documented against specification limits.
Surface Treatment
Hardening, polishing, carbonitriding and anti-corrosion treatments extend seal life and withstand aggressive media and high temperatures.
Custom Engineering
From prototype to production — our engineering team designs and builds custom rotary joints to your drawing, medium and duty cycle.
